Chairs the board at night and leads on quantum-safe security by day. As Chair of DIVD, I witness firsthand how rapidly our movement is evolving—and how vital it is to stay connected, curious, and courageous. My job is to work hand-in-hand with my fellow board members, management team, and board of advisors to strengthen the heartbeat of DIVD: our volunteer community. Together, we’re expanding our reach and deepening our cooperation with public and private stakeholders—not just in the Netherlands, but across the globe—by building trust, fostering collaboration, and creating meaningful connections. In his daily life, Shairesh Algoe is a security leader with the mission to solve the multifaceted security challenge with curiosity in mind. He is an experienced CISO and co-founder of Quantum Gateway Foundation, preparing organisations in their quantum safe journey, and has been part of the DIVD since 2021.
